Going somewhere, going there fast

Two blind people and a dead lady have obtained drivers’ license this year in
Lebanon.
Did they present a test? Did they get examined about the road code? Did they
drive backwards and forwards on a closed circuit? Hell, they did not, they
just did what everyone else does: Pay for the damn document and simply buy
it. Rates are of around 150 USD per license to be spread among the employ-
ees there for stamping and the like.
Imagine two blind people and a dead lady in car, driving on a long winding
road, going nowhere and getting there fast, stopping by the ocean, contem-
plating landscapes, watching moons rise and suns set, playing chicken with
other cars driven by the rest of the seeing people who have drivers’ license,
and then they take turns at the wheel, on some twisted version of Kerouac’s
“On the road”.
Imagine these people’s profiles on match.com: Languages spoken: Arabic,
sign languages. Hobbies: Driving, reading Braille. Ideal match: Woman with
driver’s license, preferably deceased. Cyberspace made sure they click and
they found one another. But for every two there is a third, the best friend is
always part of the ride, closing the perverted traverse, the unhealthy three-
some.
Just 450 USD for all three of the licenses, cheaper than one plane ticket,
a trip to paradise (Assuming the dead lady is either there waiting or in the
purgatory waiting for the promotion), a one way ticket to places unknown,
racing along to Ray Charles driving his Peugeot, and they all got the right
one baby!
