Transcend

Transcend the leaking roof,
Roofs will always leak,
Call your sibling instead,
Transcend the annoying brothers and sisters,
Brothers and sisters will always annoy,
Talk to an officemate instead,
Transcend nosey and inefficient workmates,
Workmates will always nose around and be inefficient,
Take a cab to change scenery,
Transcend taxi drivers that tell you their life stories,
Taxi drivers will always tell their life stories,
Call a friend instead,
Transcend gossip-spreading friends (about you),
Friends will always spread gossip (about you),
Chat to someone on the internet instead,
Transcend internet timewasters,
Timewasters will always waste time on the internet,
Go out for a coffee instead,
Transcend that your favorite shirt has been stained with coffee (before a
major presentation),
Favorite shirts are meant to be stained with coffee (before a major presenta-
tion),
Do the laundry instead,
Transcend your white shirt coming out grayish,
White shirts will always come out grayish (If you forgot a black sock inside
the bin),
Do the ironing instead,
Transcend the fact that you had to cut the sleeves of your designer shirt (due
to an iron burn),
Sleeves of designer shirts are made to be cut (due to an iron burn),
Take a shower instead,
Transcend that the fact that the hot water is not running,
Hot water never runs when it is supposed to,
Transcend leaking roofs,
Not because roofs will always leak,
But because you can take your shower there instead (And the plumber is too
busy to come before Monday).
