July 23 Air raids destroyed Hizballah's al-Qa'im prayer hall as well as residential buildings on al-'Arid street, where al-Manar TV is located in Haret Hrayk and Bi'r al-'Abed. The National Media Agency alleges that in its bombing of the southern suburbs, Israel is using vacuum and cluster bombs as well chemical and biological weapons.
